Marshall High School graduate and Pro Bowl running back Priest Holmes will take aim at a new sporting endeavor when he hosts the first Priest Holmes Foundation Golf Tournament Wednesday at the Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio.
The tournament will benefit the foundation’s scholarship fund, which contributes to the foundation’s aim of enhancing the lives of children. Registration begins at noon and tournament play begins at 1 p.m.
Holmes, a former University of Texas standout, was a Pro Bowl running back for the Kansas City Chiefs before retiring last year.
